Material research  2018-2022

I'm always looking for new shapes and structures in my material design.

By usings materials in a different way than for which they are intended, new perspectives often arise. For example, I use medical tools to make new clay structures. The beauty of these resulting shapes and structures can again inspire new applications.
In my materials research I use neural networks to 'think' in the creative process. This results in interesting digital translations, new creations and applications.
